If you Purchased a Tour through a Deal-of-the-Day Website such as Groupon or Living Social and want to make a reservation. Please email gooddeals@bikechicago.com With the following information:

  • Name and Number of People in Your Group

  • Date/Time you would like to take a tour (1st, 2nd, 3rd Choice)

  • Telephone number (we'll only call if we have questions)

  • Certificate number(s) for each member of your group

  • Certificates MUST be printed and presented on day of tour in order to participate
