Bike and Roll Chicago is proud to be the Official Bicycle Rental sponsor for the MB Financial Bank Bike the Drive. A portion of the proceeds from each bike and helmet rented goes directly to the Active Transportation Alliance to support their mission of making bicycling, walking, and public transit safe, convenient, and fun. Bike and Roll Chicago offers bike rental specials for participants of Bike the Drive as well as helmet rental for those who just need a helmet. With Lake Shore Drive closed from Foster Avenue to the North and as far South as the Museum of Science and Industry and starting at Columbus Drive and Jackson Drive; the MB Financial Bank Bike the Drive provides you with hours of bicycling nirvana.

Cruise up and down the entire length of Chicago’s famous Lake Shore Drive without a car in sight! Pedal as fast or slow as you want – it’s your ride! Take in the striking skyline as you breeze along sparkling Lake Michigan. Bring your family for a leisurely ride, the MB Financial Bank Bike the Drive is the perfect way to kick off your Chicago summer!

The L.A.T.E. Ride stands for Long AfterTwilight Ends and allows participants to Join up to 9,000 bicyclists on a 25-mile ride through Chicago's neighborhoods and along the lakefront. Cycle past skyscrapers, hear shout of "Opaah!" in Greek Town, cruise through the North Side, wave to onlookers, and watch the sun rise over Lake Michigan. Plus, you’ll enjoy music before the ride, sponsor booths to explore, refreshments before the ride and at the rest stop, and great food and beverages after your trek through the city. New for 2010, Bike and Roll Chicago is proud to be the Official Bicycle Rental Sponsor for the L.A.T.E. Ride. Bicycle Rentals start at $25. Helmet rentals $10.

Held in downtown Chicago, this is the World’s Largest Triathlon. Bike and Roll Chicago is proud to offer Road Bike Rentals, Triathlon Bike Rentals, and Fitness Bike Rentals for the 2010 Chicago Triathlon. In most cases pedals can be swapped out by our mechanics to accommodate a particular type of pedal and shoe set. This is a great option for triathletes coming from long distances, overseas, or those wanting to participate for the first time. Click here to for Register for the Triathlon. Another great Active Transport Alliance event – new for this year! The Four Star Bike Tour starts and ends in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Choose from 4 great distances (from 15 miles to 62 miles) that feature Chicago’s fantastic neighborhoods, beautiful boulevards, and enchanting architecture. After the ride there’s a great event with food, live bands, and fun! Bicycle rentals for this event start at $25.
